What is direct primary care?

Direct primary care is a membership model for everyday healthcare. Instead of billing insurance for each visit, you pay one transparent monthly fee and get a real relationship with your clinician: longer appointments, quick scheduling, and the ability to message your provider directly.

Many patients pair a DPC membership with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan, or use it on its own for routine care. We accept major credit and debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

• Direct access to Amanda R. Vincent, APRN, FNP-C — message your clinician without a phone tree
• Same- or next-day appointments for most concerns
• Longer, unhurried visits in our Pace office or by video telehealth anywhere in Florida
• Preventive care, routine checkups and care planning
• Ongoing management of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions and asthma
• Lab, imaging and specialist referrals coordinated for you when needed

Membership pricing

• 1 month: $110 — month-to-month, no commitment
• 3 months: $275 ($91.67/month)
• 6 months: $525 ($87.50/month)
• 12 months: $975 ($81.25/month) — best rate

Also available: a Comprehensive Wellness Exam ($135) and school and sports physicals for ages 18 and under ($75). We see patients age 5 and older. See all pricing.

Who we serve

Our office is in Pace, off Woodbine Road near Highway 90, and is easy to reach from Milton, Pensacola, and the rest of Santa Rosa and Escambia counties. Patients anywhere in Florida can also see us by telehealth.
