No. Phoenix Medical Group of Florida is a self-pay medical practice. We do accept all major credit/debit cards, in addition to HSA/FSA payments. This allows us to provide transparent pricing, longer appointments, and personalized care without insurance restrictions. We can provide receipts for you to submit to your insurance company by request.

A telehealth visit with Phoenix Medical Group is a real-time audio call or video call with your certified provider.  This visit can be done from your couch, during your lunch break or in the evening when it is most convenient for you.  You will receive high-quality care that is comprehensive and tailored to your needs. No need to take off work, drive to your doctor's office.  If your provider needs to order any scripts, labs or radiology exams they will be sent in electronically.  This online appointment offers many services like primary care, acute care, weight management, and hormone optimization, all done with the same care as an in-person visit.

Will my telehealth visit be recorded?

Phoenix Medical Group uses a HIPPA compliant, encrypted platform with advanced security measures to protect your privacy. The telehealth visit may be recorded including text messages, audio calls or video visits.  It may be used for documentation of your visit or for quality and training purposes.  Your information will never be shared, sold or used for any other purpose than this.  Our telehealth platform is held to the same privacy standards as an in-office appointment or a hospital visit.

Can I get a physical exam through telehealth?

A full physical exam isn’t possible via telehealth, but we offer a modified version.  Our team will assess your condition and guide you on home monitoring, like tracking your blood pressure or blood sugar. We can share your readings through your secure patient portal.
