Redefining Modern Healthcare-
Direct, Personalized, Built for Real Life.
Amanda Vincent is the founder and CEO of Phoenix Medical Group of Florida, a telehealth-focused direct-care practice redefining how modern healthcare is delivered. A dual board-certified nurse practitioner by the American Academy Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center she has more than two decades of experience across emergency medicine, critical care, trauma, flight nursing, paramedicine, and family medicine, Amanda built Phoenix from what she witnessed firsthand: too many patients struggling to access timely primary care, proactive care in health management, and providers genuinely committed to their patients and their well-being.
Inspiration
Amanda’s inspiration was born at the bedside. After years caring for patients at their most vulnerable, she saw how delays, cost barriers, and fragmented care worsened outcomes. Those experiences drove her to build a model centered on access, urgency, personalization, and accountability.
Vision
To redefine modern healthcare through a scalable, patient-centered model that removes barriers, shortens wait times, and delivers exceptional outcomes for individuals, families, and employers.
Mission
To provide accessible, efficient, and personalized care through transparent pricing, same-day or next-day access, and provide up to date, evidence-based treatment across primary care, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss management.
Commitment
Amanda and her team are committed to meeting patients where they are — delivering care that is practical, responsive, and built for real life. Their focus is simple: restore trust, improve outcomes, and empower patients to take control of their health with confidence.
